While TSG is Townsville based, we deliver high volumes south to Ayr, west to Charters Towers and north to Ingham. We also travel much further afield with many of our national customers choosing to engage us knowing we can meet their requirements and timelines. Where possible we will partner with trusted and vetted local subcontractors to deliver consistent, high-quality servicing and reactive works across the locations we don’t already service in a cost-effective way.
North Queensland and beyond
From our Townsville base we cover the core North Queensland triangle in high volume, and extend nationally for clients who need a team that shows up on time.

Our home base. Full coverage across Townsville and the immediate surrounds for HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and mechanical service, install and reactive works.
North to Ingham
Regular high-volume works north through the Hinchinbrook region to Ingham, keeping commercial and industrial clients serviced on schedule.
South to Ayr
Consistent coverage south into the Burdekin, including Ayr and Home Hill, for scheduled maintenance and breakdown response.
West to Charters Towers
Servicing clients out west to Charters Towers, with the same standard of workmanship and turnaround as our metro jobs.
National customers
