The Phosphate Hill Project involved the supply and installation of a Smart Box 100% conditioned fresh system to serve as the makeup air for the kitchen fresh air, along with the installation of cassette split systems throughout the kitchen. Due to the remote location of Phosphate Hill Mine and its specific safety and process requirements, meticulous preparation and organisation were essential to ensure minimal disruption to the daily operations of the kitchen during the project.
The BWS Cardwell project involved the comprehensive removal of the old cold room and air conditioning, as well as the installation of new cold room and air-conditioning systems. The project was executed within a stringent timeline to minimise store downtime.
Following the 2025 floods, numerous schools in the Ingham district experienced significant adverse effects. QBuild, in response to this situation, engaged the services of TSG to undertake the refurbishment of multiple classrooms within a demanding timeframe.
The BWS Atherton project encompassed the comprehensive removal of the previous cold room and air conditioning systems, followed by the installation and commissioning of new cold room and air-conditioning units throughout the facility. This project was executed within a stringent timeline to minimise the duration of store closure.
The William Ross State High School project presented a significant challenge as it required us to operate within an active school environment. Our task involved the replacement of existing cassette and high wall split systems in various classrooms. It is noteworthy that all our activities conformed rigorously to the specifications set forth by the Department of Education (DOE).
The Northern Beaches State High School project presented a significant challenge, as it involved working within an operational school environment to upgrade the existing air conditioning systems. The scope of work included the replacement of packaged air conditioners with cassette and high wall split systems, as well as retrofitting existing units in the manual arts building and installing new package air conditioners across various classrooms and spaces. It's important to note that all activities were carried out in strict adherence to the Department of Education's specifications.
The Annandale State School Block D project faced considerable obstacles as it involved working within an operational school environment. Our task was to replace the existing central packaged air conditioning system serving the block with new cassette split systems. All aspects of the project were meticulously executed in strict adherence to the Department of Education specifications.
