ABOUT TSG
Townsville Service Group Pty Ltd (TSG) is a locally owned and operated Townsville based company serving North Queensland and beyond in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical. Founded in 2012 by current Directors Ben Mathiesen, Robert McDonald and Lindsay Pemberton, TSG currently employ 13 staff and has the years of experience and expertise to cater for all types of residential and commercial projects.

Ben has over 16 years’ experience as a qualified air conditioning and refrigeration tradesman. Ben has been director of TSG for 9 years and has vast experience working in this industry and prides himself on his ability to connect with our clients to deliver projects and serviceproposals tailored to their individual needs
LINDSAY PEMBERTON
DIRECTOR
Lindsay Pemberton has over 17 years’ experience as a qualified air conditioning and refrigeration tradesman. Lindsay is TSG’s construction manager whose construction teams take care of all of TSG projects
ROBERT McDONALD
DIRECTOR
Robert also has over 16 years’ experience as a qualified air conditioning and refrigeration tradesman. Robert is TSG’s Service Manager and his expertise in refrigeration and air conditioning gives him the ability to back up our service technicians ensuring our clients get the best results
MELISSA COX
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Melissa has over 17 years’ experience in administration within the HVAC/ Electrical industry. Melissa has been instrumental in the implementation of the management systems, scheduling and running of the office at TSG.
